Penirium is a product based on L-carnitine, arginine, pumpkin seed extract and cranberry. It also contains maca and liquorice. The product's effectiveness is not good. Lots of people indicated in their reviews that do not see any changes in their penis size. Some people admitted, however, that there was a slight increase, but only after longer treatments. They had to buy more packages, which greatly increased the price of the entire enlargement treatment with Penirium.
These capsules are faster (and better) at improving other aspects of your sex life, for example, strengthening erection.
